Challenge: A large tank farm operator faced escalating costs and redundant CML locations across 10 piping circuits and 6 pressure vessels.
Our Solution: Deployed a qualitative RBI pilot, optimized all CML placements, and applied API 579 Level 1 FFS to a critical vessel with localized wall thinning.
Extended inspection intervals for low-risk circuits, slashing direct costs.
